Hi I’ve got several problems at the moment unfortunately on my 2003 Chevy Silverado 1500HD quadrasteer crewcab reg-bed
\nhere they are: (obd2 codes)
\nP0455 (evaporative emission system leak detected (gross leak\/no flow)
\np2135 throttle\/pedal position sensor\/switch “A”\/”B” voltage correlation
\np0449 evaporative emission system vent control circuit intermittent
\np0120 throttle\/pedal position sensor A circuit
\nlast three… my ac just stopped working i’m no expert but I’m thinking (hoping) it’s the low pressure switch ( I believe that’s the correct name) or if there is any common problems i’d like to know (and the shop says its fully charged)
\nAnd of course my prnd21 gear indicator light is intermittent and or non existent {I’ve heard this is a simple fix but I’m unsure as to what needs to be fixed\/soldered )
\nAlso my passenger window goes up very slowly is the motor going bad or is there another likely problem?
\nI’m pretty adept at working on vehicles but until I can get my hands on professional grade scan tools I am at a disadvantage. I have the tools and garage mechanic knowledge to do pretty-much any work on my truck and would like to avoid taking it in to the shop if at all possible.
\nMY HYPOTHESIS: the emissions lights I’ve heard can be triggered in dusty environments such as my farming town because the evap vent solenoid gives out, if this is the problem then its a 150 dollar fix which stinks but it’s not that bad… however I can’t seem to find one on my truck unless it’s on top of the gas tank I’m at a loss.
