The main issue is that it misfires at IDLE, when cold started it runs rough and has blue\/grey smoke. When the block heater is used, its not as bad. When you start driving it the misfire is noticeable until about 1500rpm then it clears up. Once warm and youre driving around, truck seems normal and the power is there. When you pull up to a stop and let it idle it will run fine then slowly start to miss and haze a little smoke.
