My van will crank but won’t start. When I turn on the ignition I don’t hear the fuel pump engaging and I’ve replaced the fuel pump relay. I can’t find a fuse for the fuel pump either. I have 8 volts going to the fuel pump and I’m not sure if it is suppose to be 12 volts. Any suggestions on what to check next.<\/p>\n
