\"2002I keep having to change my lights because they keep burning out, headlights, taillights, blinkers, etc. I just changed the turn signal last night. When I went to drive it this morning out again. Tried to replace, now it won’t work at all. What could be causing the lights to go out one by one? The car only has 107,000 miles on it.<\/p>\n

RESPONSE<\/p>\n

Age is the most common reason for a bulb to fail. No different then the light bulbs in the house. The exact timing of each bulb going out is not predictable.<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Corrosion<\/li>\n
  2. Loose connections<\/li>\n
  3. Poor manufacturing of the bulbs<\/li>\n
  4. Possible exposure to moisture<\/li>\n
  5. Defective wiring harness<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The only thing these all share in common is the ground connection. And they would not work at all without it.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
