You may need to change over some of the components and wiring harness if you are going to try and use all the sensors, etc. If you stick with just the long block you shouldn&#8217;t have any issues.<\/p>\n<p>Tenth Generation Ford F-150: 1997-2003<\/p>\n<p>Eleventh Generation Ford F150: 2004-2008<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I have access to a 2004 v6 engine.
