Have changed out the fuses from the driver side fuse box, the under hood fuse box looks fine. Was wondering if there was something I am missing. Was unable to get the under hood fuse out of the box, kind of just eye balled it with a flashlight.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>RESPONSE<\/p>\n<h2>Front Power Accessory Socket Testing<\/h2>\n<p><strong>NOTE:<\/strong> If the front power accessory socket and\u00a0console power accessory socket do not work, check the No. 18 (7.5 A) fuse in the driver&#8217;s under-dash fuse\/relay box and ground (G503) first.<\/p>\n<p>1.Remove the center console panel.<br \/>\n2.Disconnect the 2P connector (A) from the front accessory power socket (B).<br \/>\n3.Inspect the connector terminals to be sure they are all making good contact.<\/p>\n<p>\u25e6If the terminals are bent, loose, or corroded, repair them as necessary and recheck the system.<br \/>\n\u25e6 If the terminals look OK, go to step 4.<\/p>\n<p>4.Turn the ignition switch to ACC (I).<br \/>\n5.Measure the voltage between the front accessory power socket 2P connector terminal No. 1 and body ground. There should be battery voltage.<\/p>\n<p>\u25e6 If there is battery voltage, go to step 6.<br \/>\n\u25e6 If there is no battery voltage, check for:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Blown No. 23 (15 A) fuse in the driver&#8217;s under-dash fuse\/relay box.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Faulty front accessory power socket relay.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Poor ground (G601).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; An open in the wire.<br \/>\n6.Check for continuity between the front accessory power socket terminal No. 2 and body ground. There should be continuity.<\/p>\n<p>\u25e6 If there is continuity, replace the power socket; go to step 7.<br \/>\n\u25e6 If there is no continuity, check for:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Poor ground (G503).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; An open in the wire.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-36596 size-medium\" src=\"\/\/www.freeautomechanic.com\/mechanic\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/2009-honda-accord-power-accessory-socket-testing-300x264.png\" alt=\"2009 Honda Accord power accessory socket testing\" width=\"300\" height=\"264\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.freeautomechanic.com\/mechanic\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/2009-honda-accord-power-accessory-socket-testing-300x264.png 300w, https:\/\/www.freeautomechanic.com\/mechanic\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/2009-honda-accord-power-accessory-socket-testing.png 305w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><br \/>\n7.Remove the socket (A).<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-36597\" src=\"\/\/www.freeautomechanic.com\/mechanic\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/2009-honda-accord-power-accessory-socket-removal-300x203.png\" alt=\"2009 Honda Accord power accessory socket removal\" width=\"300\" height=\"203\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.freeautomechanic.com\/mechanic\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/2009-honda-accord-power-accessory-socket-removal-300x203.png 300w, https:\/\/www.freeautomechanic.com\/mechanic\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/2009-honda-accord-power-accessory-socket-removal.png 305w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><br \/>\n8.Remove the housing from the panel.<br \/>\n9.Install the power socket in the reverse order of removal.<\/p>\n<h3>Fuse Box Diagram 2009 Honda Accord<\/h3>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-36594\" src=\"\/\/www.freeautomechanic.com\/mechanic\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/2009-honda-accord-under-dash-fuse-box-diagram-276x300.png\" alt=\"fuse box diagram 2009 Honda Accord\" width=\"276\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.freeautomechanic.com\/mechanic\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/2009-honda-accord-under-dash-fuse-box-diagram-276x300.png 276w, https:\/\/www.freeautomechanic.com\/mechanic\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/2009-honda-accord-under-dash-fuse-box-diagram.png 313w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 276px) 100vw, 276px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>When the fuse checks out OK, the next thing to check would be the Accessory Port\/Socket relay. The relay is also located in the under-dash fuse box.
