The carpet is always wet. What can this be?<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>RESPONSE<\/p>\n<p>The most common reason for the passenger floor to be wet is a leaking <a href=\"\/\/www.freeautomechanic.com\/cooling-system-heating.html\">heater core<\/a>. Check your coolant level to see if it is getting low. Another reason, that is not so common, would be if the HVAC box drain is clogged. This would be from the air conditioning system running. If you don&#8217;t see it drip on the ground when the air conditioning has been running for a while than this could be the reason.
