It is a 19995 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera SL.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>RESPONSE<\/p>\n<h3>Starter Stuck On<\/h3>\n<p>This is common when the terminal ends get tightened up and touch. If this is not the case you can remove the smaller wire from terminal &#8220;S&#8221; and test for constant voltage with the key &#8220;OFF&#8221;. If there is voltage found, trace back through the selector switch and finally the ignition switch. No voltage found, make certain the big wire isn&#8217;t near or touching the small wire, reattach and test again. If the issue reoccurs you may need to replace the starter as the replacement is shorted internally(not common at all).
