The converter typically melts internally if there is un-burnt fuel exposed to it during operation. For example, if one of the cylinders of the engine was not firing and allows the fuel to simply pass through. Refer to <span class=\"moto-link\"> Catalytic <span class=\"search_highlight\">Converter<\/span> Brace Replacement<\/span>.<\/li>\n<li class=\"withspace\">Remove the oxygen sensor after the catalytic <span class=\"search_highlight\">converter<\/span>.
