Radiator Replacement Procedure – 2012 Lincoln MKT 3.7L
\n\"2012-lincoln-mkt-radiator\"<\/h3>\n

Removal and Installation<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Drain the cooling system<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Remove the cooling fan motor and shroud.<\/li>\n
  3. Remove the front bumper cover.<\/li>\n
  4. Disconnect the upper radiator hose and lower degas bottle hose from the radiator.<\/li>\n
  5. Disconnect the lower radiator hose from the radiator.<\/li>\n
  6. NOTE: LH shown, RH similar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Lift the tabs and remove the radiator support brackets and position the radiator toward the engine.<\/p>\n

    \n7.Remove the 2 A\/C condenser bolts from the radiator and separate the condenser from the radiator. \u2022To install, tighten to 6 Nm (53 lb-in).
    \n8. NOTE: Make sure the bottom radiator insulators are in place when installing the radiator.
    \nRemove the radiator.
    \n9.To install, reverse the removal procedure.
