Make sure they are clean and secure. Then fully charge the battery before testing again. I have added a wiring diagrams below for reference. Check your Ground connections at both ends. This is an old vehicle so rust is your electrical systems worst enemy. As for the Fuel pump. It uses the ECM B fuse which is separate from the headlight fuse. So for both to have an issue at the same time I would look at the bigger connections such as the battery connections or cables. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"
