You stated that you are finding water in the spark plugs. So I would ask where did this water come from. So would would need to check the cooling system level to see if that is in fact where the water is coming from. The level would be lower than usual. A blown head gasket would also figure in when considering if the cooling system level is low and there is not a puddle on the floor.
