Cooling fan – one will turn off and the other one is staying on. Car is not over heating
This can be normal under operating conditions. If the fan is stuck on after turning off the vehicle then look to the fan control module to possibly be the cause.
How to Replace The Cooling Fan
- Remove Air Cleaner (ACL) assembly.
- Detach two block heater wiring clips from radiator support if equipped.
- Detach wiring harness retainers, and position harness aside.
- Disconnect upper radiator hose and position aside.
- Next disconnect the cooling fan motor electrical connector.
- Disconnect cooling fan motor electrical connector.
- Remove two bolts, and cooling fan motor and shroud.
- Reverse procedure to install.
