It seems to go down after a period of time. Always comes back up after starting the car. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem?

It seems to go down after a period of time. Always comes back up after starting the car. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem?
Are you refering to the Hydraulic Brake System or is there an attachment on the vehcile(snow plow, etc) ?
