too much fuel in cylinders

i have a 2002 hyundai accent whenever i try to start it too much fuel goes into cylinders causing it to lock up. any advice??

  1. Check each cylinder and isolate the individual cylinder/s that are causing the issue. You may just have a failed fuel injector the is sticking open and replacing it may cure the issue.
