I have a 2003 jeep grand cherake it turns fine to the left but if you are stopped or moveing slow it will not turn very good at all to the right its almost like there is no power steering, I have changed the power steering pump and it did not make a difference. if it is jacked up with the front tires off the ground it turns fine either way.

You will need to do some further diagnosis on this problem to help narrow it down. you will want to disconnect one tie rod end and try to see if it changes and then the other side. Only one side connected at a time. Do this with full vehicle weight on ground. This will let you know which side is causing an issue. You may nave a ball joint binding.
