Could be a belt, bearing, alternator, tensioner, etc. Best thing to do first would be to remove the serpentine belt and run the engine to see if the noise goes away. If it doesn’t then it is internal in the engine. If the noise does go away, spin the pulley to help narrow down the culprit.
