I replaced the “fan regulator” in my 2005 Chevy Equinox LT a few months ago. Now, the blower fan isn’t working again. Did I only replace a “symptom” of the real problem? Is there a way I can find out if there are any recalls for this problem? What can cause this $100 part to go out so soon/often? Thanks in advance for any help.

Have you conformed the relay has failed again or are you just assuming?
I would disconnect the fan plug and apply ground and voltage to the fan and see if it operates. If the fan has failed it can draw excessive amperage and cause the fan relay to stick.
