94 dodge 360

can someone help me with timing on a 94 dodge 360 it jumped time and i replaced the timing chain i have a scanner and i got a code 11 which is about the crankshaft sensor that its not reading it when motor is cranking d0 i need to reset the sensor before the truck will start

    Code 11: No ignition reference signal detected during cranking (bad Hall effect) OR timing belt skipped one or more teeth; OR loss of either camshaft or crankshaft position sensor. Can cause the engine to stop working entirely with no limp-home mode.

    I would think that either your timing is still a tooth off( did you rotate the engine 360 degrees after installation and recheck your timing marks?) or the Hall Effect is bad. (in distributor) most likely it is the timing chain off a tooth.
