There is a fast clicking noise from under the hood (for 3 to 5 seconds) when I take off. Sounds like an ABS acting up, but it never does it when I apply the brake.

There is a fast clicking noise from under the hood (for 3 to 5 seconds) when I take off. Sounds like an ABS acting up, but it never does it when I apply the brake.
Try removing the ABS relay(under hood fuse block) and see if the noise quits. This would be the first test I would do.
