Your front mode door actuator(HOT/COLD DOOR) is not working and may need to be replaced. Make sure both heater hoses are hot to touch once the engine has warmed up to normal operating temperature. If they are both hot, then you need to replace the Actuator.
As for the water dripping, anytime the defroster is turned on, the air conditioning compressor is also working. This is normal.
