This is usually caused by an engine misfire. If the check engine light is not on yet, continue driving it until it illuminates on the dash. The reason for this, Ford’s and Mazda’s engine computer will not let you know which coil pack is failing until it misfires a preset amount of times. And there is no reason to replace all of them as it would get pricy. Wait until the light comes on and have the codes pulled with a scan tool. This will let you know which one/s are going bad and need to be replaced. Also a good time to have the plugs replaced if you are any where close to 80k+ miles.
