car is missing and running ruff ,the error code that came up is 82 ignition controll 3 times signal error, what do i do to fix this problem

    verify pickup coil ohms 500-1500 ohms
    do you have fuel spraying out of the injectors while cranking? if not check fuel pressure 9-13psi. fuel pressure good remove ICM and get tested.
    is the battery fully charged and load tested?

    According to the FSM, if code 82 is present the engine will not start. It could be a problem with the Ignition Control Module, Crank Position Sensor, or connecting wires.
