Make sure Battery is fully charged, Connections are clean, fuses are functional. Check relay.
While someone holds the ignition key int the “START” position, check for Battery voltage at the “S” terminal on the starter. If you have battery voltage, replace the starter.
Use the Starting System Wiring Diagram Provided to test and diagnose.
