Parked Jeep Friday evening and was running fine. Went out Saturday and the battery was dead. Tried to jump start and would not crank. Replaced old battery with a new one. Will crank with a new battery but will not fire and start. Have tried what I know but now at a stand still.

Is there an anti-theft light on?
You need to determine if you are not getting spark or fuel or both. If you have spark you can try starting fluid in the air filter and if it tries to start you know it is fuel related.
