Car keeps running with the key out. I have to take the fuel pump fuss out for it to stop.

    Quick thinking on your part on pulling the fuel pump fuse. My first thought would be a relay sticking, possibly the “Automatic Shut Down Relay”. Second thought could be the ignition switch itself. Or even a possible shorted wire at or around the front control module.
