Not Unless you wrecked it. Most likely you have a busted belt in the front tires. You can confirm this by moving the front tires to the back and the shimmy should move from the steering wheel to the back end. The fix would be to replace the tires. Now if this only happens when applying your brakes then your rotors are warped.
