2001 jeep grand cherokee limited

my jeep just started bucking at highway speeds like a hiccup its also stalled on me at red lights and stop signs.my check engine light usually stays on but before it starts to hiccup the check engine light goes off. im not sure what the issue could be help please

    First thing you would want to do would be to pull the check engine light codes as there may be a new code that would help guide us. Once you have done that, post them below in the comments. (most local auto parts stores will pull the codes for free)
