The fan for the ac and heater is only working intermittently. We changed the cabin air filter. Did not help. Any suggestions?

The fan for the ac and heater is only working intermittently. We changed the cabin air filter. Did not help. Any suggestions?
When the fan is not working, check to see if it is getting positive and negative battery. If it is, replace the blower motor. If it is not, replace the blower motor resistor.
