2003 f-150

i have a 2003 ford f-150, a ford dealer just replaced the transponder and everything worked till i got it home,, next day i started the truck it runs fine but, a/c, radio, and windows do not work, gauges have a delay, and no back up lights,,,, the radio, and windows work with the key switch in the acc position, would that be something they did? i checked all relays and fuses
