How do you remove the door panel from a 2015 F-150 Crew Cab? I am looking at the front passenger door. I saw this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mrGxhkx5yNA which shows the screw locations (except for the two 7mm screws on the bottom edge of the panel). I was able to remove the top cover by hand by squeezing and pulling. How do I remove the other two covers, specifically the door handle cover and the cover underneath the door handle cover?
