Just stopped running while driving, not sure if not getting spark or fuel

First thing I would check would be the fuel tank to make sure you have fuel. Then, like you said, you will need to determine what you are no longer getting….spark or fuel? This Nissan quest is equipped with a 3.3L V6 engine. The 3.3L engine has a timing belt that may have broken. The engine would sound a bit different when cranking it over.
