Can I use an AC recovery machine to change my compressor or do I have to have a recycler machine? There is a big difference in price and we may do AC work once or twice a month working on our on company trucks.

You do not have to have a recycling machine. An Air Conditioning Recovery Machine is fine. As Long as you recovery the Freon and do not allow it into the air.
