Front passenger rim fell inward at the top causing the vehicle to honk repeatedly was still running when turned off replaced tire now vehicle wont start lights on the dash come on but it wont start ?BATTERY, charge or replace it. The dash lights only require 5 amps to work compared to the 250 amps requires to operate the starter.
