The most common cause for this would be Warped  front brake rotors.

It is recommended to replace the front brake pads and rotors at the same time. Front brake rotors should be discarded if measured at or under .906 inch in thickness. Normal thickness is .984(inch).

Replace Front Brake Pads

1. Remove front wheel and reinstall lug nuts to locate disc temporarily.

2. Remove caliper from torque plate and suspend so brake hose is not under tension. Do not disconnect brake hose.

3. Remove the following components:

a. Brake pads.

b. Anti-squeal shims.

c. Pad wear indicator plates.

d. Support plates.

e. Anti-squeal springs.

4. Install new pad support plates.

5. Install new pad wear indicator plates on each pad with arrow pointing in direction of disc rotation.

6. Install new anti-squeal shims on each pad.

7. Install each brake pad on to each support plate.

8. Install anti-squeal springs.

9. Siphon out a small amount of brake fluid from reservoir and press caliper piston in with hammer handle. Change one brake pad at a time to prevent chance of opposite piston from flying out.

10. Install caliper taking care not to wedge dust boot.

11. Install wheel and inspect that brake fluid level is at MAX line.
