Your oil pressure (not level) is low or the oil pressure sending unit is going bad. Other possibilities might be idle is too low for the oil pump to keep up.
1) check idle rpm
2) Make sure oil is fresh and not over full
3) replace oil pressure sensor(you can fasten a gauge once the sensor is removed, but as cheap as the sensors are, you might as well replace it anyway once it is removed.
