Does anyone know the cause of cars vibrating after they warm up? My 2000 Honda Civic Si vibrates after I warmed it up. I already did a complete tune-up (spark plugs, air and fuel filter, and motor mounts). Any suggestions?

Sounds like you might have one bad ignition coil. If the check engine light is on it will give you the misfire code to witch coil it is. Example P0301 is cylinder #1, p0302 is cylinder #2 and so on.
I checked the it for any codes and it read as no codes.
