help!It was parked for 2 years and just last week we replaced transmission and fuel pump now the theft light blinks d don’t star start. A locksmith came tried programming the key and tried to cut a new key nothing worked. What s the next step to try to get the truck running??
2000 ford excursion not reading key
Try this first. making sure you have a known good battery in the truck, disconect it.. turn the original key to the “ON” position and reconnect the battery and then move the key to the “START” position. This should start the vehicle.
