need help on rear disc rotors..my new ebc sport rotors does not have a hole for the hex screw that was used on the original rotor.can i finish my install without the hex screw

Yes! you can go ahead and install your brakes. Once you have your wheel lugs tight the rotor isn’t going anywhere.
