Blew a radiator hose at the thermostat housing, fixed that but now it runs super rough and won’t idle. No water in oil and no oil in water. Don’t smoke, has power but just runs like crap.

Couple things come to mind. did it overheat and did you shut it off as soon as it happened or did you limp it 2 miles or more down the road… Possible you blew a head gasket. Pull you plugs and pressure test cooling system to see if coolant comes out spark plug holes.
Also, quite possible you knocked something loose when working on it, check you plug wires and connection around the area you were working.
