I have replaced my blower motor and resister, but the blower motor still goes up and down in the speeds by itself. What else can I do to repair this issue.

I have replaced my blower motor and resister, but the blower motor still goes up and down in the speeds by itself. What else can I do to repair this issue.
Being a limited addition Ford I would think the Air Conditioning system is Automatic climate controlled and would fluctuate fan speed as determined by the air controllers needs. I would think the only component left in the system you haven’t replaced would be the control head unit itself. Of course check all your connections and wiring first.
