When I turn the key the wipers go and the truck won’t start. Sometimes it turns over sometimes it won’t even do that. Does anyone know what the problem is?

When I turn the key the wipers go and the truck won’t start. Sometimes it turns over sometimes it won’t even do that. Does anyone know what the problem is?
When it turns over does it start?
If sometimes you hit the key and nothing, and sometimes you hit the key and it cranks over and starts…. this is an indication of a failing starter assembly and the starter should be replaced.
If when it won’t crank over it gives you several clicks(click, click, click) then that would be the Battery needing to be replaced. Takes a lot more juice to spin the starter than it does to move the wipers.
