I had a vacuum leak between my IRCM valve and solenoid, which I fixed, but my car has not been the same since. It idles rough occasionally, especially in cold or damp conditions, and it runs rough also more pronounced in cold and damp conditions. Also there is a noticeable lack of power. The MIL light is off, and my scan tool shows no codes. Please help.

if it ran fine before you fixed it, recheck your work. You may have restricted the air flow depending upon how you went about fixing the vacuum leak. Double check for other existing vacuum leaks.
