at first the coolant hose burst and drained all the tranny fluid, it did that three times, then it started idling weird, changed like 7 rotting hose, now sounds weird, doesnt accelerate correctly, now all my lights dont work, brake lights and blinkers, but fuse not blown please help

If the transmission fluid level is full(checked with engine running) and you hear a whining noise, this could be the transmission pump failing. If it is low, top it off and it should help significantly.
Brake lights and turn signals tend to use the same bulbs…. What happens when you apply the Hazards?
