I have a fabtech 4″ suspension lift kit on my 2010 Chevy Silverado 1500 4×4 . I want to know if I can put 2″ coil spacers on the front also, because I want the front to sit a little higher then the back.

Should be able to adjust the torsion bar enough to get 2 more inches. But you should be able to put spacers in at the expense of giving up a smoother ride.
Thank you for your help, but one more thing if I turn the torsion bars, how much do I need to turn them?
Equal amount of turns on each side until you get your desired height.
