Driver side running lights front and rear don’t work bulbs are fine. There seems to be just a single fuse for the running lights so that is OK. The van is modified by Braun to be wheel chair accesible but that doesn’t seem to have anything to do with the lights compared to a base van. Turn signal and emergency flashers work fine.

There is a park lamp relay but if the passenger side is working I would rule out the relays and fuses altogether. I would swap a bulb from the passenger side with the drivers side and see if the problem follows the bulb or stays with the socket. Test the socket for power and ground and trace wiring back and repair as needed if none found.
There are 2 lights on each side in the rear and one in front. and all 3 are not working on the driver side. New bulbs didn’t resolve it. Not likely that 3 sockets went bad, though will try moving one from the other side
