I replaced a fuel pump on my truck….now I have no power to the fuel pump, I checked the fuel pump relay, it is good, however the fuel pump fuse next to it is getting no power to it. could I have a bad pcm possibly?

I replaced a fuel pump on my truck….now I have no power to the fuel pump, I checked the fuel pump relay, it is good, however the fuel pump fuse next to it is getting no power to it. could I have a bad pcm possibly?
The PCM provides the trigger voltage(secondary voltage) signal that provides power to the fuel pump fuse. So check the PCM fuse. Then check for good battery voltage. A weak battery will not allow the PCM to activate the fuel pump relay and turn n the fuel pump.
