1998 gmc savana

I’m changing the catalytic converter gasket, the bolts to take it off are round, how would you take them off?

    Burn them out with a torch and replace the blots. This is what I would do. If you do not have a torch handy, you may try and grind them down as far as you can and then use a punch and knock them the rest of the way out.
