Getting some vibration at about 1500 rpm/35-45 mph. As I speed up, the vibration goes away. What do you think it is?

Getting some vibration at about 1500 rpm/35-45 mph. As I speed up, the vibration goes away. What do you think it is?
Most likely the wheel balance but may also be an issue with the tires themselves such as a busted belt. If you feel it in the steering wheel, you may rotate the tires and see if the vibration follows to the back.
