When I signal left the left front turn lights and the right rear and the opposite when I signal right the right front does left rear they blink right just reversed in the rear.

If possible could you supply the year of your Expedition so I can pull up a wiring diagram for the lighting system.

I don’t see any simple answer for what is going on with your turn signals. I did not find anything in my research relating to this issue. There is however one thought that springs to mind. If your Expedition has any trailer wiring or if it has been messed with lately. The wiring may have been hooked up backwards. Either way, it looks like you may have to check some wiring and connections. I will provide you with the wiring diagrams of both circuits.
